Afterwards, participants watched a video of the Smart Classrooms at Qinzhou Academy of Shanghai University for the Elderly. Through the immersive learning at the five smart classrooms (High-Tech Island, Health-Maintaining Island, Finance Island, Modern Life Island, Joy-Sharing Island), the elderly will learn to adapt well to the modern life.
Ni Minjing delivered a keynote report entitled “Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and the Development of Elderly Education in Shanghai”. In the report, he shared the achievements of elderly education in Shanghai and put forward his thoughts on how to deal with the new challenges brought by digital technology.
